The production technology is planned through eight parts, i.e., crushing, grinding, calcination, automatic control, heat source supply, dust removal, subsequent processing and test. The raw materials conveyed from the mine will be stacked in the yard first, then conveyed to the hopper through forklift and sent to the intermediate hopper through speed-regulating conveyor, crusher and elevator and then to the grinding system through measurement. The rejected will be returned to the milling system continuously, the semi-finished power will be sent to the calcination system of furnace in fluid bed through measurement while the finished powder will be sent for sinking in the finished product warehouse and then sold by being packaged in different specifications by the packaging system. The whole production line is controlled automatically and DCS industrial control is combined with local control.
Different production process indicators
(1) Power consumption 26-32KW.h/T. The consumption is different by selecting different process combinations, in order to ensure the low consumption of the whole production line; the following improvement has been made on the basis of the traditional design and equipment selection: the first is about the simple and smooth process design; except for the required horizontal transportation, the movement of production materials is carried out by the weight of materials, which can reduce several conveying links; the second is that the equipment applied are the domestic products with high efficiency but low consumption. Each set of equipment is made as the special gypsum building materials product through optimization.
(2) Coal consumption: 35-44kg/t (standard coal). Natural gas consumption 22-24m3/t, with the moisture content of the calibrated things less than 3%; the consumption of heat source is directly related to the calcining equipment such as furnace in fluid bed and gas hot blast stove (boiler).
Product quality:
It complies with the national standard of GB/T17669-1999 and has reached the quality index of foreign similar products;
The first is about the stable quality: the product quality will always be consistent if no major change happens to the raw materials; the second is about the adjustable indicators: the users shall, based on the market demand, simply adjust the product indicators during the production operation process. The third is about the product diversity. Different products can be obtained by simply adjusting on the same equipment and even less investment in late stage can satisfy the requirements of the whole market for the diversified varieties of gypsum powders.
